Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, deadlines and access information needed for a project. A change in requirements after approval may affect the price, timeline or deliverables. Additional work may require a revised quote or written approval.
5. Quotes, Proposals and Acceptance

We rely on hosting, authentication, storage, email, payment and other third-party services. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation where an issue is caused by maintenance, internet failures, third-party outages, force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
15. Disclaimer of Guarantees
Project estimates, AI-generated suggestions, technical recommendations and timelines are provided based on available information and may change as requirements are clarified. Except where expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee a particular academic, business, employment or financial outcome.
16. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risks, material breach of these terms, non-payment or unlawful activity. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
