1. Program Nature
The Projexa Solutions internship program is intended to provide practical exposure, structured tasks, project experience and technical learning. It is not a guarantee of employment, placement, academic credit or a particular career outcome.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
Participants must provide accurate enrollment information and satisfy any eligibility requirements communicated for the selected track. Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicable registration and payment process is completed.
3. Duration and Track
The selected internship track, duration, schedule and included activities are those stated on the applicable program page, offer or enrollment confirmation. Changes to a selected track may require approval and may not always be possible after the program begins.
4. Tasks and Participation
Participants may be required to complete practical tasks, submissions, reviews or project activities. Participants are responsible for completing their own work and meeting stated deadlines. We may use reasonable evaluation criteria to determine successful completion.
5. Certificate Eligibility
An internship certificate is issued only when the participant satisfies the requirements communicated for the selected program. Enrollment or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate. Certificates must not be altered, misrepresented or used to claim experience that was not completed.
6. Fees and Refunds
Program fees are stated at enrollment. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any program-specific terms communicated before payment.
7. Participant Conduct
Participants must communicate respectfully, submit lawful work, avoid plagiarism or fraudulent submissions, and must not attempt to compromise program systems or impersonate another participant.
8. Project and Learning Materials
Program materials, templates, code examples and other resources provided by Projexa Solutions may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Participants may use them for the intended learning/program purpose but may not redistribute proprietary materials without permission.
9. Academic Responsibility
Participants remain responsible for following their institution’s rules concerning internships, project submissions, attendance, originality and academic integrity. We do not guarantee that an institution will accept a particular internship or certificate for academic credit.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, abusive conduct, repeated non-compliance, misuse of certificates, security violations or other material breach. Refund treatment, if any, will follow the applicable refund terms.
11. No Employment Guarantee
Participation does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee a job, placement, salary, recommendation or future engagement.
