  • Files and attachments: filenames, file metadata, uploaded documents and other materials submitted for a project or support request.
  • Communications: contact enquiries, project messages, support tickets, feedback and information you provide when communicating with us.
  • Transaction information: payment status, amount, currency, order/payment/reference identifiers, invoice information and refund information. Payment credentials are processed by the applicable payment provider rather than being intentionally stored by us.
  • Technical and security information: IP address, browser/user-agent information, timestamps, account activity and security/audit information where generated by the platform.
  • Referral information: referral or ambassador codes used to attribute registrations or enquiries.

3. How We Use Information

  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Provide project development, guidance, internship and support services.
  • Understand project requirements and prepare quotes, proposals, milestones and deliverables.

4. AI-Assisted Processing

Some project workflows may use AI-assisted tools to analyze requirements, organize information or generate recommendations such as possible features, modules, technologies or architecture ideas. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary confidential information in project descriptions or files.

Where an external AI provider is used, processing may be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices. We will configure such services to use only information reasonably necessary for the relevant service and will not represent AI-generated output as a guarantee of project results.

5. Payments and Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers for authentication, database/storage infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, analytics or other technical functions. Examples in the current platform architecture include Supabase for authentication/infrastructure and Razorpay for payment processing.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies. We share information with them only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain security or comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information as a business practice. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, payment processors, infrastructure providers, authorities where legally required, or another party where necessary to protect our rights, users or the security of the platform.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, maintain transaction and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. These may include authenticated access, role-based controls, secure service integrations, access restrictions and security/audit logging. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their passwords and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.
