Project Purchase Agreement

1. Project & Delivery

The selected project will be prepared and delivered according to the project scope shown on its Projexa project page. Any delivery timeline, setup, documentation, deployment, or other inclusions are limited to what is explicitly stated in the selected offering.

2. Customization

Customization requests may be available depending on the project. Additional work outside the listed scope may require a separate quote and approval before implementation.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Payment is processed through the available payment gateway. Work or delivery is released only after payment is successfully verified. Cancellation and refund eligibility are subject to the applicable Projexa purchase and service terms.

4. Third-Party & Open-Source Components

Where a project uses open-source software or third-party services, their respective licenses and service terms continue to apply.

5. Academic Use

The buyer is responsible for complying with their institution’s academic integrity, submission, authorship, and project-use policies.
